| 简介 | 1680年，前门大街源升号酒坊的三位匠人发明了二锅头酒传统酿造技艺：蒸酒时舍弃头锅尾锅，只取清香纯正的第二锅，因此被称之为“二锅头”。从此，一坛美酒走进了京城街头巷尾。1949年，红星传承而生。作为开国献礼酒的酿造者，红星是著名中华老字号企业和国家级非物质文化遗产保护单位；同时也是北京地区第一家国营酿酒厂以及将北京二锅头这一技艺名用作产品名的开创者。屡获殊荣的红星，自诞生之日起便注定要承载时代的特殊使命！回溯历史长河，我们可以清晰的看到：1965年，红星向北京19家郊县酒厂传授北京二锅头酒传统酿造技艺，扶持帮助其发展生产；1981年，红星放弃了“二锅头”的全名称商标注册，只用“红星”的注册商标，与其它所有的二锅头酒类生产企业共享“二锅头”2014年与2015年，红星蝉联布鲁塞尔国际烈性酒大奖赛金奖；2017年，红星斩获布鲁塞尔国际烈性酒大奖赛中国唯一最高奖项——大金奖，同时获得金奖、银奖荣誉，成为本届赛事最大赢家！2018年再度蝉联该赛事金奖银奖。红星二锅头作为中国清香型白酒的代表，以独特的优势成功与世界接轨。可以说，红星浓缩了整个二锅头的发展史，烙印着一个品牌的传奇！ |

In 1949,Red Star ‘Erguotou’, was born in the same year with New China, and It was the gift for founding ceremony of New China. Red Star Erguotou is the first state-owned industrialized brewery and it is the intangible cultural heritage of China . Red Star, which has won many honors, is destined to carry the special mission of the times since its birth. Looking back on the long history, we can see : in 1965, Red Star passed on Beijing Erguotou liquor traditional brewing techniques to other 19 suburban and county distilleries, and and helped them to develop their production. . In1981,Red Star gave up the registered brand of Erguotou, only using Red Star as its registered brand and sharing the brand of Erguotou with other Erguotou distilleries. Red star won the gold medal of “Concours Mondial de Bruxelles”in both 2014 and 2015.In “Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2017”,Red star won the grand prize, and the gold medal, Silver Medal in the same time. became the biggest winner of the tournament.
