| 简介 | 杭州戴乐搪瓷有限公司始建于1983年，工厂占地面积达到53000平方米，建筑面积43000平方米，坐落于浙江的省会城市杭州，交通便利，距离上海约150公里，毗邻上海、宁波两大国际港口。我厂在国内搪瓷行业中享誉盛名，主要致力于生产和销售各种搪瓷以及不粘搪瓷制品。现有员工600人，主要从事搪瓷产品的生产、开发、经营以及市场营销等。我工厂于2001年通过ISO9001质量认证，2008年，第一条电炉生产线的投入使用，使产品质量在国内外市场得到了更大的认可。2012年底又建成了国内最大的一条电炉生产线，产品质量进一步提高。2016年又建成了生产高端质量产品的生产线。近几年来，工厂凭借专业的员工、先进的技术和设备以及严格的质量管理流程，产量日益趋增，目前年产量已超过1000个高箱，年销售额已达2800万美元。如今，我厂的搪瓷烧锅出口量在国内已居首位，并销往世界各地。我们将不断地寻找机会与更多的国际客户进行商务洽谈，让客户对我们工厂放心，对我们的品质满意，使客户获得更大的利润是我厂的第一宗旨。 |
| description | Hangzhou Daile Enamelware Co., Ltd has been in the business of manufacturing and exporting of household enamelware since 1983. It is located in the capital of Zhejiang province Hangzhou, which occupies an area of 43,000 square meters. There are two nearest port: Shanghai port and Ningbo port.With 31 years of experience. Our complete and prompt shipping plus friendly, personal customer service has earned us an outstanding reputation in the industry. And we are mainly engaged in manufacturing all kinds of enamelware products ranging from pot, cup, bowl, plate, pan to toy and enamelware with non-stick products. Currently, our factory has highdiathesis employees more than 450 staffs. Including 41 people for specialized in designing and developing products, 8 people for managing and marketing. Comparing with other manufacture, we have three advantages in the produce process: in the first step, we have self-owned carbon steel processing factory. Basing on different market and customers’ request, we can choose a range of carbon steel thickness for various product needs. In other words, it is easy for us to ensure the supply line of original material. Secondly, we have improved the mould equipment, which means we can make more exquisite and beautiful mould automatically. Taking advantage of latest technology, we are able to complete the clients order in a smooth as well as systematic manner and our monthly output reached as high as 90 containers. 4 production lines is our third advantage, including 2 electric furnace production lines and 2 oil furnace production lines. That’s why we can produce approximately 90HQ in a month while meeting the different market needs. All our products meet the food safety standard requirements and have gotten the export rights. We have already been awarded ISO9001 certificate for all of our production since 2001. With professional staff, advanced technology and strict quality control, our annual revenue has reached $28 million. At present, our products are popular in Africa and mid east and Eastern Europe.
