| 简介 | 天津食品进出口股份有限公司始建于1953年，是我国成立最早的专业外贸公司之一，1996年与包括内部职工持股会在内的4家股东单位共同投资组建天津食品进出口股份有限公司，现由北方国际集团有限公司控股。我公司成立时只做一些简单的农副产品出口，经过60年几代食品人的努力，如今已成长为一个集国际进出口业务、国内贸易和生产加工为一体的全方位、多功能和综合型的外贸企业，是中国食品土畜商会理事会成员单位、轻工工艺、机电、五矿化工商会会员单位，是国家商务部重点联系进出口企业，是通过国际ISO9001质量管理体系认证的企业，是中国对外信用AAA级授信企业，是中国农业产业化经营20大龙头食品企业之一，又是中国食文化优秀企业。2006年“金星”牌商标被国家商务部认定为首批“中华老字号”，2010年又获得中国驰名商标的荣誉。2012年我公司“长城”牌也被认定为“中国驰名商标”。我公司已同世界上一百多个国家和地区的八百多家客商建立了良好的贸易合作关系，贸易方式从单一的自营出口业务走向进出口、进料来料加工和国内贸易等多种灵活贸易方式，经营品种由单一的食品类商品涉足到其它不同行业和不同类别的产品，并拥有自己的货源加工基地，出口市场从亚洲近洋市场扩大到欧美、中近东和非洲等远洋市场，贸易伙伴由经包销、代理进口商拓宽至批发、零售、超市和大型采购集团等不同群体。目前我公司经营的商品近千种，涉及、罐头、酒、饮料、速冻食品、调味品、腌制品、糖果、果菜、杂粮豆、纺织服装等十几大类商品。著名的“金星”牌玫瑰露酒、五加皮酒、高粮酒；“长城”牌罐头食品、速冻食品、天津冬菜、天津浙醋、调味品等商品，不但享誉海内外，有的还多次荣获国际金奖，“金星”牌、“义聚永记”牌和“长城”牌商标被认定为天津市著名商标，“金星”牌和“长城”牌获得天津市名牌产品和天津称号。2010年“义聚永记”被国家商务部认定为“中华老字号”。为了拓展国内贸易，公司成立了义聚永连锁专卖店，专门从事公司产品及进口商品的销售。公司下设6家分公司以及多家控股、参股、联营、中外合资企业，在瑞典、意大利、德国等国家和地区设立了海外子公司或办事处，形成产、供、销一条龙和国际化经营的贸易网络。 |

In 1996, the company was established with joint investments from four partners including the interior staff shareholder union. Now, its holding company is Northern International(Holding)Co., Ltd. At the beginning of the establishment, we just exported some primary agricultural products. Through our several generations' efforts, at present, we have built ourselves into an all-oriented, diversified and comprehensive foreign trade enterprise by integrating international import and export business with domestic trade, manufacturing and processing. The company is a member of CNFA; a member of CCCLA; a member of CCCME; the member of CCCMC; and the key-connected import & export company of MOFCOM. The company has passed the certification of ISO9001 Quality Management System and its credit rating is assessed at AAA grade.
