| 简介 | 广东明泰盛陶瓷有限公司成立于2015年11月，是一家以空心注浆、杯类、碟类、高压注浆研发、生产、销售、外贸为一体的大型日用陶瓷生产型企业。产品以新骨瓷和白瓷为主，致力于中高端市场，产品种类丰富，包括茶具、咖啡套件、杯碟系列、餐具系列、礼品系列和其他系列。其中以茶具和小杯碟系列最负盛名。截至2019年12月公司已经拥有3个发明专利、28个实用新型专利；在2018年顺利通过“高新技术企业”认证、“潮州市清洁生产企业”认证；在2019年顺利通过“知识产权管理体系”认证；公司还作为当地政府唯一指定的陶瓷废物消纳处置场对于所在地区的环境保护同样也肩负着不可估量的社会责任。公司前身——饶平明盛瓷厂，成立于2005年，位于潮州饶平三饶镇南新村工业区，为当地龙头企业，以专业的空心注浆工艺和瓷泥原料研发技术最负盛名，拥有500多名优秀的员工，其中包括一支由50多人组成的专业性极强的技术管理团队。工厂占地面积约130亩，项目总投资9600万元，共分两期建设：其中一期投资3800万元，占地面积45亩；二期投资5800万元，占地85亩，其中包括1条72米隧道窑、3条24立方全自动梭式窑、2条10立方常规梭式窑、2条46米烤花窑、2条直径15米的素烧窑，7个主要车间包括瓷泥生产车间、模具车间、高温白瓷空心注浆车间、新骨瓷空心注浆车间、高温白瓷杯子车间、新骨瓷杯碟车间、烤花车间和6800平方仓库。18年年产值突破亿元，生产能力达到300万件/月。 |
| description | Guangdong Mingtaisheng Ceramic Co., Ltd is a professional import and export household ceramic company established in November, 2015. We are specialized in the research and development of hollow grouting, mugs, cups and saucers production, high-pressure grouting, selling with a history over 14 years. Our company’s predecessor is Raoping Mingsheng Ceramic factory, a leading enterprise famous for professional hollow grouting and petuntse research and development technology with more than 500 experienced staffs including a technical and administrative team more than 50 members.Our main materials are new bone china and super white porcelain. We oriented in the high-end market with a wide variety of ceramic products, including: tea sets, coffee sets, mug&cup, dinner ware, gift ware and other collections. Tea sets, coffee sets and cup&saucer are our advantage products. As of December 2019, we have 3 invention patents and 28 utility model patent certificates. In 2018, our factory successfully passed the “High-Tech Enterprise” Certification and “Chaozhou Clean Production Enterprise” Certification. In 2019, we successfully passed the “Intellectual Property Management System” Certification. At meantime we bear a great social responsibility in environment protection as Ceramic Waste Utilization & Disposal Sites uniquely assigned by local government. The production base of Guangdong Mingtaisheng Ceramic Co., Ltd locates in Nanxin Industrial Area, Sanrao Town, Raoping County, Chaozhou, Guangdong, China. Our factory covers an area of 130 mu (86666㎡) with total investment 96 million CNY. The factory is constructed in two phases. The investment of first phase is 38 million CNY and of second phase is 58 million CNY. Two phased constructions include a 72-meter-long tunnel kiln, three 24 cube automatic shuttle kilns, two 10 cube normal shuttle kilns, two 46-meter-long decorating firing kilns, two 15-meter-diameter bisque firing kilns, 7 workshops including petuntse production workshop, plaster mould workshop, hollow casting workshop for super white porcelain, hollow casting workshop for new bone china, cup workshop for super white porcelain, cup & saucer workshop for new bone china, decoration firing workshop and a 6800 square meter warehouse. Our annual output value in 2018 exceeded 100 million yuan and the production capacity was 3 million pieces per month. |
