While focusing on felt hats, we are committed to leading the coordinated development of straw hats, sewing cloth hats, as well as knitted hats. We provide high quality hats to the word famous brands as Stetson, Bailey, Brixton, Uniqlo, Zara, etc.; Exquisite craftsmanship and quality control are our priority. Our factory is located in Baoding, Hebei province, 150 kilometers from the capital Beijing, 160 kilometers from Tianjin port, its location is with convenient traffic, full structure textile supply chain and abundant human resources. Our completed hats factory's workshop area covers 30,000 square meters, daily production ability of wool felt hats and straw hats reaches to 10,000pcs, cut&sew cloth hats 5,000pcs and knitted hats 2,000pcs. Our felt hats body factory in Gu'an covers 15,000 square meters workshop area, and the daily production ability reaches to 10,000 pieces. We use the advanced technology for hat production and every hat goes through more than 30 working procedures. The process of felt hat production begins with careful material selection of fine Australian wool, continue with wool carbonization, hat body making, pressing, washing, fulling, dyeing, expanding, polishing, blocking, cutting, blowing, decorating, quality check, packing, shipping, etc., every procedure is strictly controlled. The first C2M smart production line is invested in 2016 in our factory. It transfers consumers requirement data directly to production line, realize personalized requirement in quantity production with industrial efficiency and cost. Huayi Hats has 500 staff, with our own design team, there are more than 1,500 mold shapes and more than 1,000 new styles are published for every season, which can satisfy any requirements from customers all over the world. Our factory are approved by BSCI, SGS, ITS, ISO etc., connect the market with superior quality and service.
