| description | Established in 1959, China National Complete Plant Import and Export Corporation (Group) (COMPLANT for short), is engaged in the organization, implementation and management of the foreign economic and technical aided projects entrusted by the Chinese Government. At present, COMPLANT is a state-owned large comprehensive enterprise under the administration of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. The Chairman of Board is Mr. Li Zhimin, the Vice-Chairman of Board and the President is Mr. Tang Jianguo. With the trade, import and export of complete plant and technology, contracting projects, overseas investment and lease-management as its main business, COMPLANT also sets its foot on the I&E business, foreign labor co-operation, international forwarding, hotel and other service sectors. Over the past 40 years, COMPLANT has established economic and technical co-operation relationship with the government and industrial and business circles in more than 100 countries and regions, implemented over 1400 projects covering various areas, and has been enrolled as the top 225 global contractors for the past 10 consecutive years.
