| 简介 | 徐州黎明食品有限公司成立于2002年，是一家集大蒜、洋葱、辣椒等农产品收购、储存、加工、国际贸易于一体的农业产业化国家重点龙头企业。公司座落于全国三大大蒜产区之一的江苏省邳州市宿羊山镇经济开发区。通过六年超常规、跨越式发展，公司目前占地面积82350平方米，现有固定资产一亿两千六百万元，拥有大型恒温库35座，储存量达3．5万余吨。公司已通过江苏省无公害基地认证、绿色食品证书、ISO9001国际质量体系认证和HACCP食品质量体系认证。产品也由最初的单一网袋包装鲜蒜，发展到目前的以网袋大蒜及精美超市包装鲜蒜、洋葱、辣椒为常规产品，以脱皮大蒜、蒜粉、速冻辣椒等为中间产品，以大蒜素、大蒜软胶囊为高端产品的多元化系列产品，产品种类多达30余种。近几年来，公司坚持以人为本持续吸纳优秀人才，成功建立了中层管理储备人才库，管理体系不断优化，组织结构日趋合理。我公司以世界500强著名公司为榜样，建立了完善的现代企业管理制度。目前公司员工共210人，中层管理28人，研发人员25人，中层管理人员本科及以上学历比例为86%。公司在国际市场营销方面不断加强投入，国际市场营销网络不断完善。 黎明食品“ZLM” 牌大蒜远销印尼、西班牙、叙利亚、阿尔及利亚、马来西亚、苏丹、马来西亚、也门等十五个国家和地区，现已得到了国际市场的广泛认可，具有优秀的品牌声誉和稳定的国际市场销售网络，已成为中国大蒜行业中的名牌产品。2006年公司实现销售收入3.05亿元，出口创汇2503万美元，位居江苏省同类农产品出口创汇榜首，全国排名第二；2009年实现销售收入3.86亿元，出口创汇4316万美元，再次蝉联江苏省农副产品出口创汇榜首。 2007年，我公司的“ZLM” 牌大蒜被评为中国名牌农产品、江苏省名牌产品、江苏省名牌农产品；公司还先后被评为农业产业化国家重点龙头企业、江苏省农业产业化重点龙头企业、省科技进步先进企业等诸多殊荣。公司董事长张黎明先生先后被评为中国蒜业十大风云人物、全国星火科技致富能人、中国农村青年致富带头人、江苏省第二届、第三届创业之星、徐州市劳动模范，并先后担任中国食品土畜进出口商会兼职副会长、江苏省大蒜协会副会长、徐州市政协委员等职务，2010年本公司当选中国土蓄进出口商会大蒜分会理事长单位。 |
